The keep messing peoples orders on purpose, constantly selling more than what the customer asked for. After a year of trying to rip people off, kfc has opened next door and its no surprise everyone is eating there instead of this oportos

Staff were friendly, food was yummy. I like how they get your name for an order - feels more personal than other fast-food services. I got the pulled chicken bowl meal and the portion size was great, healthy and filling

Over-priced and with poor portion size. I paid 12.95 for the Bondi Strip Meal, thinking that would have been a decent sized meal: the burgers (both bun and fillings) seem to have gotten smaller over the years from Oporto, just a handful of chips and 2 tiny strips of chicken, plus a small bottle of drink and dipping sauce. The table I sat at was sticky - do your staff ever properly clean the tables? The upstairs eating area is so noisy due to the poor choice of chairs, tables, floor surface and lack of acoustic considerations, also it seemed quite warm up there - is the air-con working? The staff at the counter were quite polite though, just didn't very interested in being there. Sorry, but you need to improve your game!

staff is lovely, store is clean, however the past 3 times the chicken is been very dry which is such a shame
