Great service and fantastic quality shoes! I have suffered from feet and back issues for years, my son suffers from flat foot also. having the right supportive shoes is critical and with the help of the friendly experts from Barefoot Freedom team, We have less pain and more comfort. We have Been going to them over the past 4 years And will continue to do so for many years to come!
My Mom is 92 years old and diabetic. Her podiatrist told her to buy a shoe/sneaker that is wide fitting and diabetic approved or at least a half size bigger 9 to 9 1/2. She also has a wide foot. She depends on a walker and her housebound. She would often have a difficult time tying her shoelaces. In all aspects of the fitting experience at the store in purchase of the shoes Barefoot Freedom knocked it out of the park. I purchased two pairs for her when we visited the store and so far she has tried both on but wears the blue pair because she loves the color. Velcro rather than shoe laces puts a smile on her face. The fit is perfect and her toes are safe from any discomfort and no robin avoiding any medical problems. This is a great store to rely on. I intend to make a purchase for my father soon.
I bought my Toledo shoes a few weeks ago and I'm happy with this shoe. I have very sensitive feet and they hurt all the time. I don't like getting new shoes because of this so my last pair of shoes I kept for a Long period but these are light with plenty of cushion and they look nice as well
I ordered these shoes for my son who is 6'2", weights about 250, wears a 14 6E in this shoe. He had almost ruined his feet trying to wear Newbalance and other brand that cause his feet to break down and he was limping and giving to a bad hip. At his age of 58, I was worried he would never walk straight without pain again. I took a chance and got him fitted with this shoe for him, wondering if he would even try it on much less be able to wear it and walk without pain..He did, he does and he will again. I am reordering a second pair so he will not be without a comfortable shoe or will be able to walk without pain again If you have doubts, try it, it's worth the money and the effort.. (Just wish it came in a tan or lighter grey) Ian

The worst customer service & management I've ever heard of. Who has a pair of shoes separated & displayed in 2 completely different store??...& then on top of that if you wanted to purchase them you're expected to pay for the transport of the shoe across? & that's just the beginning.......extremely poor service & terrible management. This place may have been good in the past but it has definitely plummeted down! Very unreliable & disappointing.
My mum has been suffering from many bad foot conditions and she was unable to be fitted in any regular shoes. I took her to barefoot freedom from a referral and we are so glad we found them! Shoes were fit perfectly and so comfortable. We ended up buying 4 pairs to wear them all year round! Customer service was lovely we will be back for more shoes!
