My experience purchasing online aligns with the other reviews stating that they received excuses and sheer lack of customer service. I ordered an item and despite multiple phone calls and follow up after not receiving calls back for two weeks, I submitted a PayPal dispute. Thank god I had PayPal. Highly recommend you purchase elsewhere if my experience is anything to go by.

Ordered and paid in full for two PA speakers two months ago. The owner Bruno hardly answered his phone and when he did he had no idea what was going on with the shipment of the speakers, finally after a month he worked out they shipped them to the wrong place. now a month later again the speakers still have not shown up. Bruno is no longer answering my calls. I've lost thousands of dollars. Do not buy from AVFX
