I purchased two custom made Athlegen Electric Tables in the mid 1990s. Fortunately, they have performed marvellously and faithfully ever since. In the last year or so one had started to make slight creaking noises when making small up or downward movements. It was great to hear that Rick Schmidt continues on with the company. He sold me the tables originally and came out to thoroughly service the tables this week. No more creaking. I love my Athlegen treatment tables and highly recommend them for their stability and durability over time. Thanks Team!

We recently purchased 6 tables from Athlegen and are so happy. These are the best in the business for Physio, Massage, Osteo and Chiro tables. They use hanning motors which are the fastest also. Excellent customer service and the production crew were able to deliver all the features we wanted for our new clinic. Don’t bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best! We have Athlegen treatment beds in all our suites at Natashas Skin Spa. They are the best in the world with full electrics, allowing our guests ease of getting on and off the bed, and protecting our therapists bodies by being easily adjusted to the right height for each therapist. I highly recommend investing in the high quality, Australian made equipment from Athlegen. Simply - nothing else compares!

Really poor customer service by Sebastian & Richard although he was a bit better still was left waiting with no answer. Don’t bother if you have questions or need your tables customised / have special requests/ orders. They only will attend to you promptly and consistently if you are buying multiple tables . FOR THE SOLE TRADERS DONT EVEN BOTHER THEY DONT GIVE A RATS ABOUT YOU . It’s a shame , great tables but because of the service alone I have given up RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE - now why would you go ahead and write that? When you contact me on Monday about my review and I explained to the lady on the phone what happened . You are aware that the email was sent - I was also supposed to get a call back after work Monday - it’s now Wednesday and still nothing which once again proves you guys are incapable of communication and not doing what you say you will . But I will resend everything once again for the last time just so you know it has nothing to do with me lacking on communication
