Most horrible experience. This place use false advertising in their website. Quote from their website - ”When it’s urgent but not an emergency, you can avoid queues at the Emergency Department and receive immediate care” - this is a complete lie. We had to wait 2hrs and 43mins before a doctor see us. There were other issues with the experience of the staff. But clearly this is not a place to get a urgent care. Better have gone to emergency department in a hospital.

Doctor was very thorough and the nurses and reception staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely a good alternative to going to the emergency department for something not life threatening.

Even though you have to pay! Totally worth it saves waiting hours in A&E. I was seen within the hour and treated, staff were friendly, nurse was so lovely and making sure everything was ok, she was so apologetic about the wait which wasn’t too bad anyway. Excellent treatment and care. Highly recommend

Thank you for looking after me and my cut finger on Saturday 13th March 2021. I didn't have to wait and felt being cared for and looked after. Nurses and Dr did a great job. Thank for for referring me to Joondalup Hospital. I ended up having plastic surgery on the finger and the cut tendon was stiched back together. Best thing: I was home at 20.00 the same day. All the best to the entire Team.

I am not sure what has happened in the last six months but the service, staff friendliness and quality of care has gone down. My childs condition was disregarded by nurses and Drs as being nothing, only for my child to end up in ER with severe infection. Dont even get me started on the reception staff rude, obnoxious and more interested in their personal lives. It is so concerning that these centres are Government funded and popping up everywhere yet don't offer time to care for patients. St John has become another corporate business but worse if I could rate zero I would. Incredibly disappointing.

Dr Ernest was fantastic. The service was great and receptionists lovely.! Didn't want to clog up an ED department for an ear infection in my baby. Only to have to pay 100 for the visit which only 50 is covered by Medicare.. 50 freakin dollars to see a doctor and get a script.! Since St John took over this place its become so expensive to come to (and not like anyone plans to come either mind you!) Puts me off coming to somewhere like this id rather sit in ED for hours on end.. billing is absolutely absurd!

Absolutely horrible. Rude receptionist. Level of care by doctor and nurse was non existent Glueing my cut and patching it with gauze was terrible. I could have done it better myself. Overly priced. Next time I’ll just wait in the emergency department instead for the couple hours but get some proper care. Not sure how these guys are still around. Definitely it worth it.

We took my 3yr old grandson there today with severe earache as we couldn't get an appointment with our local GP. We were told that we had to pay 88.48 to see someone, as they don't bulk bill because he had to go through urgent care as no GP's available. We were told that we would get back 38.50 from Medicare. No wonder the ED departments are overcrowded. People can't always afford that. Not happy that children aren't bulk billed.
