Tonight frustrated trying to find any staff to help you they are to busy counting people in the doors ‘ again the shelves are empty’ normally this shop is pretty good but not tonight they are saying over the announcements there rules, groan for tonight I’m sure they can do better and match their pre co vid. Days ‘
Nice and neat supermarket, with baked goods made in store and fresh sushi from Sushi Izu.
Always friendly and helpful staff. 1 star down because today I when tried to return a light bulb in new condition without receipt, staff said they can only exchange for the same item per store policy, it’s disappointing as the light bulb is still new and can be sold again, and I usually would not print receipt when the machine asks, to save paper and ink which now not helpful because I don’t have proof of purchase. It’s understandable that they had to make change due to COVID, but this is disappointing.
Big clean and well stocked store. I cannot get past the friendly, fun customer service i received (and the people behind me). Thank you Woollies for making Christmas shopping an easy chore. Special mention and thanks to Olivia on the checkouts.
Not my local store so I wasn’t there long, but it seemed clean and the shelves were well stocked. Parking lot was a bit of a one-way maze, but I was able to get in/out without much trouble.
Great, friendly shopping hub but would be great to have a permanent coffee/cafe with seating area for casual catch ups as now only has a temporary coffee area with no seating (guess this is understandable at the moment because of Covid).
Just another Woolworths, it's not the biggest but, it's pretty good. As a bonus it has free wi-fi
