The worst place I ever visit. I did my ultrasound for 12 weeks and everything came fine but when I did my 20 week ultrasound from another place there was no nasal bone of baby . they gave the faulty report in 12 weeks showing everything fine . I lost my baby in 22 weeks. I asked for the reason of giving faulty report but not got replied yet. Don't play with pregnancy Don't visit there. I wish I could give o stars.

I recently had a very positive experience here. The whole process was smooth from the moment I walked in the door. Although they were extremely busy, the receptionists were very pleasant and had me seated very quickly to wait for my ultrasound. The sonographer, Lisa, was very professional. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Referred by my GP to do scan at 10 weeks and 5 days for a down syndrome scan. Booked for appointment with FMIG St ALbans for 2:20 today. Got there and was told at reception that I had to be 12 and a half weeks to do this ultrasound. No apology whatsoever from them. I struggled to get out of the house as well as I have morning sickness. A simple apology would suffice but when that one person at reception wants to point the finger at me, well you just scored yourself one star!
