1st time TV repair with organised with Evelyn. Great experience. 7 calendar days turn around time (From pickup to drop off).This experience has earned this shop 4 stars. Some of other staff do have questionable customer service skills. However, if you have issues contact the owners Mario and Danielle. They genuinely care about their customers and will after you.

Just had my Sony TV fixed out of warranty with SSS Electronics. They were quick to come out to my house. Found the issue with my TV and fixed it within 4 days. I would have given them 5 stars, but I had to wait 1 day for them to come out. Maybe im too harsh. Apart from that. They we good. Highly recommend for professionalism and fast service.
I had taken my camera in for a service and was told I would receive a call within the week with a quote. I never received any phone calls. Several time I had called them and asked about the status. On a few occasions they said they would call back at a given time after speaking to the technician. Again I received no phone call. They just didn't seem to care and very slow to even start to look at it. If no problem is found, they should at least give customers the courtesy of a call to let them know, not leave them in the dark thinking they are incompetent people.
My dad burnt his sound bar which he imported from USA. Due to the voltage input difference in Australia , he burnt the item. SSS has fixed it as new. My dad was very happy with their work and how they handled everything. I suggest everyone with electronic goods problem just go to sss electronics not anywhere else. They are best at their work and they know what they do very well.
I found SSS Electronic nothing but polite, friendly and efficient. They kept me updated via email with every stage of the process. Very pleased and impressed, particularly in light of some negative reviews
Came here to repair my television and the service was remarkable. SSS Electronics also offered to contact Sony on my behalf to arrange for an out-of-warranty courteous repair request. Highly recommended.
Very bad service. Beware do not use. Have had nothing but trouble with this company. Been waiting for weeks for them to confirm our payment fee so our TV can be fixed. Been waiting for a week now for the written quote to be sent to our email address so we can pass the quote on to be fix. The customer service people are so rude and cut my husband and I off when we ring to chase up. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! As of this day we are going to take this further with Fair Trading or the Media. We have had enough and our 4000 TV is still broken.
Took my Sony Bluray system for a warranty fix... a quoted 3-5 day job turned into close to 8 weeks. During this time I had to call every few days (after not hearing from them for 2 initial weeks) just to "try" and get an update... every time I was told the tech guy is not available and they would call me back - which they never did. On two occasions they asked me to come pick the unit up as it has been fixed... and on both occasions I went in to find out the unit and the fault was exactly as how I had given it day one. Imagine having to explain after 5 weeks the initial fault so they can check it... again. To top it off, I get the unit back after so much torture and the base of the speakers are all scratched and in fact one unit's base is broken. One of the worse companies I have dealt with... I have no idea how they manage their business this way and how Sony uses these guys to do their repairs. If you have a choice, I would strongly recommend using someone else.
