Absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do not under any circumstances consider signing up as they are quick to take your money but there is no proactive communication, no service and plenty of incompetence and/or theft which will result in loss of your money. Borderline criminal organization! Sincerely hope the owners go to jail! Examples of what you get when you sign up: - Did not receive my initial deposit for signing up and had to chase them for it - Double charged for annual tax levy and had to chase them for a refund - No proactive communication for 1.5 years that I was signed up - Had to report them to AFCA in order for them to complete the reports and returns which were late! - Massive privacy breach where clients information was leaked to unaffiliated company who then contacted customers to try and sell a 'Squirrel Rescue' deal

Horrible customer service. We paid 5000 over 18 months for establishing our fund and maintaining it. Over the 18 months we received 3 late fees from ATO & ASIC totalling over 500 from the non-existent communication they had with us. In this period, no tax return was lodged for us, meaning we now have to pay another agent for the same fees we paid squirrel. Would not recommend unless you want to pay for nothing

This is the worst company to do dealings with no call backs no emails , because of these people I am being audited because they fraudulently audited financial statements and when I try to get someone on the phone they keep going to msg bank. They are currently under investigation I will be making sure the ATO get to the bottom of this company

Avoid at all costs or it will cost you! Once set up you will never hear from them again. You will end up having to take legal action or go to the Financial ombudsman to terminate. Bordering on criminal - should not be allowed to do business in Aust. The Financial authorities should shut them down.
