The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and ensure individual needs are met. Lisa on reception was very patient with me while I was trying to make an anxious decision about an appointment. She also ensured my two bookings were together so I didn't have to wait in between, even though I gave her short notice. I would also like to mention Kate who performed the ultrasound. She was incredibly calm, professional and happy to chat, which made the experience much easier for someone who tends to struggle with medical anxiety. Cannot recommend this place enough, they are wonderful!

Love these guys, I would have given 4 stars but I took 1 star away because I especially requested for a specific radiologist but was told once I was already in the room that the radiologist I requested was away unexpectedly... I believe I should have been given this information at the reception desk and it should have been confirmed with me if I would like to reschedule etc... I didn't like not being given a choice and I wanted someone I was comfortable with for my procedure... Other than that I have had x-rays, ultra sounds and pain injections here and I have found the customer service excellent as well as the radiologist exceptional...

From the moment you step in the front door starting with the ladies at Reception the service is fabulous. The ladies who did the scan & xray were professional & were wearing perfum that smelt beautiful. All staff go over & beyond. Wish I had know of these guys much earlier. Thanks a million.

Very unprofessional front desk receptionists. The girl who took my booking over the phone was giggling and continued to forget about the details. It turned out that she gave me the wrong booking date. So I came in and find out that the appointment was yesterday. One of the receptionist looks like she hates her life, her job and all patients here. I know all radiology clinics have a quite heavy workload. But this is the worst I have been to.

1st experience I advised that the earliest I could arrive would be 0830 due to school drop off. I was very clear about this. I got home 10 minutes later then received a text stating I need to arrive half hour earlier to complete paperwork 2nd experience I was.given paperwork to complete the day before. I called in the day to confirm appointment time. I was told I need to arrive 30 mins prior to my appointment. I informed the lady who appeared very abrupt on the phone that I had the paperwork. she informed me I needed to be there 15 minutes before. I was not informed of this the day before. Poor administration and rude staff

I came here after my GP was unsatisfied with the ultrasound I had at a different radiology clinic. After going to QLD Radiology Specialists I wished I'd just gone there first and saved myself the time. Staff were lovely and the ultrasound I was given was about 70% more thorough than my previous one, plus he explained everything he was doing and why. Great experience.

Had a very pleasant experience for my first shoulder ultrasound, suggested the place to my mother. She said her experience here was far, far better than her experiences at other radiology places. Keep the service great guys!!
