The range here is good, the staff are very friendly. The store regarding space in the aisles is a bit tight and the store is not air-conditioned but has adequate cooling. I definitely recommend this Toyworld.

Customer service was less then to be desired considering it was quiet. Staff too busy having a social meeting in the aisle to help, not even a small greeting or good bye after purchasing. .

I bought an RC car there for 300 and got told it was a good product, the lady talked it up and made it sound better than what it was. When I got home it was way slower then what it was made out to be. I didn't pay that much money to get what I got, I went back today and Jo Said it went faster than what it did and that nothing was wrong with it but she didn't even test drive to make sure it was what I was saying, she was very rude to me and they expect to get treated respectfully. When we walked in the store today the guy there knew we were standing there and completely ignored me, he looked at us and rolled his eyes then say I'm can I help you and it was very rude. GET BETTER STAFF AND DO YOUR JOB, LEARN TO GREET PEOPLE AND BE RESPECTFUL ALL YOUR STAFF ARE JUST CRANKY RUDE OLD PEOPLE WORKING AT A TOY THAT KID GO TO.
