Never judge a book by its cover, is that the saying? Didnt go dressed in my Sunday best as it was my day off, but clearly if you dont go looking like you have a million dollars to spend, you will be completely ignored.... will spend my money elsewhere

WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! NEVER USE this company. I took my Jaguar XF in they gave me a loaner and I got my car back in an unsafe and undriveable condition . They asked me to drive it off the lot I said NO . I want the vehicle back in the same condition it came to you , which was just for a service. Now they tell me they don't repair they only replace components because their insurance does not cover them repairing a Vehicle !!! Now they want 19,000 for a problem I did not have , and they want to call the police and call the loaner a stolen vehicle, ( which I guess is a false report ) What a DODGEY bunch of people STAY AWAY..
Was after a specific engine choice, had a meeting arranged early morning after working night shift to test drive several vehicles so I could purchase immediately. I arrived and the man at the desk when I came in was terrifically rude and would not believe that I had an organised meeting and WAS actually in the right place. Was then informed that the cars I'd driven a 4hr round trip to inspect didn't exist at all. Only diesels were available which I had explicitly stated that I was not interested in purchasing. Still waiting for the promised follow up call about the two models I was interested in. It's been 2 months now. Gorgeous vehicles let down by poor attitudes and arrogant staffing.
No urgency on returning your calls brand New Jaguar destroyed a turbo 2 weeks ago still waiting to get car back they tried to give it back last week without doing an Oil change or replacing the Filter. Would not recommend this company or brand of car to anyone
We weren’t very happy with the service. No engagement and no real drive to help customers.
