The rudest staff I've ever come across. I've worked in fast food for 10 years, I've never even worked with people that bad. Will never be returning, know places with only 1 staff member on and are faster and more polite

I wasn't very happy. I paid for a 3 piece box and after I paid they said sorry but we Only have 2 pieces of chicken. We can give you a breast piece though. I said ok thinking it was a proper breast piece but what it was was a piece taken off a burger as it had cheese still stuck on it. It tasted terrible so I didn't eat it. I told the lady and she just shrugged her shoulders. I think the right thing to do to show you care about customer service was to refund me the extra for a 3 piece and I should have actually paid for a 2 piece. Also I asked for a knife and fork and she gave me only a fork. When I went back and asked for a knife again she said sorry we don't have knives. Who runs a Kebab shop without knives.

I really hate writing negatively about a small business but today was appalling. It was my first time here, and I will never ever be going back. The service was non-existent. I was left waiting for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I asked the lady if I was in the right place to order, she frowned at me and didn't answer. Her colleague came over and said "We have 3 orders to do you can wait". While saying to her that I wasn't asking her to take my order I was simply asking if I was in the right spot, she walked away before I could finish. My tipping point was their lack of hygiene. I watched her tuck and place meat back into a box for another person with her fingers and NO GLOVES before closing it and giving it to him. Then she went over to the till and was handling cards and money without washing or sanitising her hands and then go to prepare food again. I walked out immediately, that is incredibly dirty. If this is their health standards at the best of times, no thanks. Revolting.
Yesterday I walked in there with my young son ( 6yrs old). Both ladies serving had face like thunder couldn’t even crack a smile or greet us. I then smiled and left. Looked back and the front lady was still glaring at me from the shop like I had committed a crime entering her shop. The most unfriendly shop manners I have ever experienced, will never go back ever.
This kebab is the best I’ve had in a long time, very tasty, fresh & just what i needed. The owner informed me that he had taken over a year ago, very nice & friendly. Will def be back for another kebab!!
Every time i go to this shop i have a bad experience. Today i left my 17 and walked out of the shop without food. That lady doesn’t have any idea of customer service. I have never come across such a rude staff in my life. I won’t say that don’t go to them, i would just say “hope you have a good experience “.
To be honest here, I used to go to this shop all the time and really enjoyed there Kababs, however recently I have seen a few things to turn me off big time, for starters , one of the shop attendants was coughing up phlegm and then she went out the back and I could hear her spit it out, hopefully in the sink, in this current time with this virus going around, and even with no virus, this is disgusting to hear , very unhygienic , the other thing is that I saw the same woman today, doing something with the door locks with the pointy end of a kitchen knife, this is not good and yuk, basically I will never come back unless management changes
