Great honest professional company. When my laptop wasn't experiencing the problem I took it in for, when I collected it later their service was free of charge. Will definitely go there for all my computer issues.

I lost both my iMacs on the same day. My desk machine was an old 24" that has served me well since I bought it new around 2008 - it was not working one morning. The other is a more recent iMac 27" and it has intermittently shut down for a while now. I took both to BMC and they were very professional in their service, giving me a quick rundown of all charges and labour costs. They listened to my problems and kept me informed via my phone. My desk machine was first thought to have 'lost' its power supply but a replacement power supply did not fix it so a faulty motherboard was diagnosed. The other machine had a faulty hard drive. So BMC suggested replacing that faulty drive with the good one out of my desk machine. I have 'retired' the older computer and now have a fully functioning 27" iMac with all my data intact. I can recommend BMC. The final charge was more than reasonable, and much less than I was anticipating.

Hmm, I enquired about a very specific tough legacy computer issue, hoping to talk to a seasoned expert with many years experience. I was greeted by a teenager. Not judging, I know kids are smart but I just didn't feel confident in their ability to understand my problem. They replied, noting they may need to erase my data and start afresh which was the opposite of what I wanted. I'm giving 3 stars because I have no evidence they couldn't resolve my problem but I also didn't feel confident at all in their ability. So I am trying to be fair, I'm not trying to destroy a small business, maybe you'll have a different experience.

Not only did they turnaround my fix on the SAME DAY of dropping off, their friendly staff (Sasha and Hess) waited after hours for me to pick it up. Even for the most fastidious and discerning customer, the process of having my Apple MacBook diagnosed and efficiently repaired here has been absolutely well and truly above and beyond. After being absolutely transparent with the symptoms I was experiencing this business advocated for me to Apple to ensure the support and repair was fair for both me and Apple. I couldn’t recommend this business enough. The owner, has absolute dedication for customer satisfaction and definitely goes above and beyond to achieve superb workmanship and customer service. There truly isn’t a need to take your windows or Mac machine to any other repairer. I would have been the first one to write a one star review of the experience was less than satisfactory, so please take this 5 star review to not only meet a satisfactory level, but rather exemplary level.
