Absolutely admire these guys for their hard work and flexibility in getting the job done. The back breaking work in carrying the stone to clients' homes is not easy, especially without a lift. These guys do it, without complaining. Those who are not happy with the quality and service should try carrying the stone themselves. See how it feels! Great job guys, you have an amazing team. Keep doing what you do, you can't please everyone!

I would give this company no stars if I could. We ordered stone benchtop from them and come delivery day they dented my wall while going up the stairs. When we called them up the owner acknowledged they did the damage but refused to pay for repairs. He said next time he'll "charge me more for hiring a crane" to deliver the stone to our second storey. Prior to ordering the stone my builder gave them dimensions to our staircase (standard 1m wide) and they said it wouldn't be a problem because "they do it all the time". But after the damage they shifted the blame on a tight turn. It could have been prevented with a bit of commonsense and care. Our staircase is over 4m high so all it took was to turn the benchtop upright while maneuvering it. Definitely do not use this mob as they don't care about goodwill or your property.
