I highly recommend Starfish ELC in Springvale. My husband and I have always felt our son is loved and cared for at all times. We can see the big difference in his confidence playing with other children and improvements in his speech development. Each room he has been in (3 so far) he has had teachers who have been so lovely and caring. Anna is a wonderful manager who has always kept us informed and confident in the competence of the staff and processes held here. The staff here always have a smile on their face and treat the children (and parents) with respect

Highly recommended!! My little girl has been at Starfish since June 2016 and she is thriving! All of the staff are very attentive and caring and are instilling values of compassion, acceptance, care and inclusion in my daughter which has been amazing! Our whole family is treated as part of the Starfish family and daily drop offs and pick ups are always a delight! I have seen my little girl grow and develop so much into a sweet, caring person and I can't thank Starfish enough!!

My son came home everyday with cuts and scratches on his face and neck. Anna the manager is very incompetent and unhelpful
My son has been to a number of centres, this is by far the best! The educators are attentive, happy and I have no concerns that he is well looked after.

Great staff and facilities. Starfish ELC is relatively new to springvale lending towards a neat, healthy and safe environment for ur children to grow and learn. The staff at starfish are lovely and all genuinely interested in seeing ur little ones increase their skills in a warm environment. Kera and the rest of the staff are always forthcomming when discussing the progress of your children in these very important years. My eldest has been at Starfish ELC since it opened in springvale and the little one has recently started with very little effort due to the efforts of the core and support staff. Great job to the team.
