As a new shooter to the range and shooting as a sport, the staff were excellent in their advice and coaching. Range Staff ensure your safety is paramount. Very busy at most times and staff try their best to accommodate everyone. Facilities are a bit worn, but what do you expect from a very popular Range. Still great and conveniently located. Cheers SSAA.

Good place, but there was one middle aged LADY at reception made use feel extremely unwelcome. She told us to come back tomorrow when we asked how long will the waiting be...... Her attitude was unbearable. The other staff were very friendly and patient. Good leisure place to go

This business is run very efficiently. My husband and I attended for the first time a couple of weeks ago and felt the staff explained the procedures and safety instructions very thoroughly to ensure our visit was safe and enjoyable. We plan to return with friends soon!

Always wanted to give it a try. SSAA is a professional shooting range with range officer supervising on the site. Can get super busy during weekends or Thursday nights, try to get here early. Having to say that, most of the staff are very very friendly and instructing us with carefully and positively. HOWEVER, for the so called “lady” at the reception desk, her attitude was terrible. You definitely don’t want your expectations and excitement here for the first time to disappear completely because of her attitude. It feels that she is exhausting to serve the visitors. If she feels uncomfortable that day, she can ask for leave. Otherwise, as a practitioner in the service industry, please do not bring your negative emotions to us, because we have no reason to do so. If the management of SSAA can see this comment, please respond promptly to this question. I have also read other people's comments. Many people like me have dissatisfied comments about this lady at the front desk. In summary, if you ignore this lady, your stay at SSAA will be pleasant, especially if this is your first visit.

My wife surprised me for my 30th with a a group of us having a go at .22 rifles target shooting. Amazing experience and a new hobby to take up. With special thanks to Nick the legend who made the experience with his informative knowledge and was great to deal with.
