I have used these guys twice to deliver items internationally and they always did the job perfectly.
Since 2016 I've been using their superb service to send gifts to my friends in India and Bangladesh. They're efficient and always on-time, and their service quality is on par with the top dogs of this industry. I would recommend them any day to send parcels from Australia.
A lot of courier companies are only as good as the particular driver that you get. I’ve used Pack and Send around Victoria before and sometimes they’re excellent and other times they’re unacceptably slow. Send it Easy on the other hand have been quite impressive considering they’re a smaller company – they’re always fast and they have great after sales service. I’ve had only 2 different drivers but they were both good.
Send it Easy are one of the best companies for overseas shipping I think as they are a DTDC affiliate which makes them super convenient if you are sending packages to a lot of Asian and Indian countries. Unfortunately, we haven’t been quite as happy with their delivery service locally as they’re simply not as cost effective as the competition. More expensive than other companies for a similar service.
I frequently ship items to family in Bangladesh and hadn’t even heard of this company until they were recommended to me by a friend. I had a good customer service experience with SenditEasy from day 1 and all my packages have been delivered quickly and without any hiccups. Not the cheapest international courier but one of the most trustworthy and convenient.
Mohan and the team at Send it Easy could not have made life easier for us as we relocated to India, and needed to have valuable possessions Air Freighted. Mohan was available at all hours (literally - even coming in on weekends to open up especially to meet our timelines!), gave thorough and detailed explanations, and was always prompt in responding to requests or our numerous queries. His experience really shone through. The goods were delivered ahead of time, without any hassles to our door in India as promised. I can not recommend Mohan and the services of Send It Easy more highly. Thanks again guys.
