I wanted an individualised memorial for my adored mother to commemorate her life and represent who she was. I had some rough ideas and Eliza worked with me patiently to understand what I was envisioning. The result is a memorial very different from others; one that truly reflects who she was. Nothing was too much trouble and the respect they showed for our religion and culture was truly heartwarming.
