Thank you Gabby. We were greeted with the most lovely smile ever. Gabby went above and beyond to try and get us the best deal ever. She also gave us amazing helpful honest advise. She even kept on bringing different chairs to the dinning table we were buying to help us chose the most suitable style and color wonderful customer service. Thank you guys again

Bought a dining set here and Gabby was amazing! So patient and helpful with our indecisiveness! Kept moving chairs for us to see what they looked like with tables. She never once got impatient, was always happy to help with a smile. Excellent customer service!! Thank you Gabby!!

I ordered a Jensen desk in Shepparton around 6 weeks ago and I was told it would arrive in early September. That would have been 4 weeks. it still has not arrived. I paid a deposit. Yet this website says it is in stock and will arrive in 10-14 days! What a load of rubbish.

Amazing service! Zara and her Area Manager were so helpful, I came in frantic looking for a vintage sink drain after a week of searching various Plumming suppliers. The ladies at this stored took the time to understand my needs and we realized they had what i needed in a display, rather than me delaying my Plumming work to wait for my order to go through the warehouse they agreed to sell me the floor stock. Thank you for your patience, good service never goes out of style!

Have literally just walked out of the store after being in there for 20 minutes wanting service. I was wanting to order a dining table and chairs and also a Maine buffet unit.. but walked out empty handed after the two sales (or shall I say non-sales) people ignored me. I was the only customer in the shop and not once did either look up from the computer except for when the older male staff member goes gee it's cold and walked out the back to get a jacket..
