The worst service provided by this branch- based at 473 Springvale road. The lady who was assigned to take blood tests on 8/2/20 lacked people skills, was rough when she injected the needle in my arm causing me to bleed. 2 weeks waiting for the results, I was notified she had wrongly labelled the tubes of blood and I needed to have a re-collection done. All this for an Harmony test! When I called to confirm when I could do the re-collection, She was very rude over the phone and replied "why, call our head office to find your results". Surprisingly being in the medical field, she must know results are not given to patient but referred to the GP!. This clinic needs to take more responsibility for their work.. Never returning to this Clinic and would NOT recommend to anyone considering to use their service!!

The lady told me her name diana who was working there today, worst customer service I ever experienced. The time was 11:22 and they were closing at 11:30 but she said to me she can’t take the sample they are closed. She was busy in packing her own belongings. I was fasting for 10 hours for this which was disappointing and they way she refuce and her attitude was awful. And this was not first time. Once before the they were half an hour late in the morning. They must think about it or shut this branch down.
