Rented a forklift for 1 day from Adaptalift. They could not pick up the next day so it was rescheduled. The sales rep ensured me that I would not get charged for the additional day. Well lo and behold I did get charged. Contacted them again after receiving 'Friendly Reminder' notice and was told it will be rectified. I understand mistakes happen so did not give it another thought. My patience wore thin when I had to contact them again after their second reminder. Again I was ensured that it will be solved. I gave up after their next and 'Final Reminder'. But then a week later I received an email (in multi-coloured text) from Simon. If I did not pay the 150.36 debt then Adaptalift will have no other option than to default my business with their credit reporting company and will then refer me to their General Legal Counsel for recovery. I responded swiftly to explain again what has happened. I did not receive a response after that. Lets hope the issue is finally resolved. I do not want to receive another reminder notice for an imaginary debt.

Unresponsible company, unexperiend technician sent to check our electronic juck pallet, no idea, next day came another technician, spend over an hour, then went back, I was waiting over 2 weeks no news, we gave them call, the receptionist said someone will call you, again not heard back from them a week, then again we call them but, same story, someone will call you, finally the manager called, it needs a part, and the part price was more than the juck pallet, we didn't accept the price, but for only check out charged 400 and did nothing, there quality of items are extremely low, please check properly before purchasing items from them.
Fantastic Service. Technician arrived on time and he was good to deal with. Service went well. Would recommend Adaptalift Group and I will use them again. Thanks for the good communication from the office staff too. Keep it up.

Fantastic company to deal with, their sales team have such great product knowledge and were easy to deal with at every stage of the way. Their prices were very competitive and their forklifts are of all high quality, would highly recommend to anyone. Will be sourcing more from them in the near future.
