Rod was extremely helpful and went over and above to assist me with an issue with a Samsung TV I had had for almost 10 years. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Problems I had dealing with this business: Had to call Ron after He had not arrived for agreed appointment, seemed he had forgotten. Ron gave me a quote to diagnose TV 165, I wanted to know if it was worth repairing and approx cost of fixing most likely fault (no power at tv) Ron was reluctant to ring samsung to get a quote for parts as "Im not getting paid for my time" but in then end agreed to call samsung to find out. Part was 434 and available. It turned out on inspection another part was required which was not available, so TV had to be disposed of. I think if you are going to charge for a repair service you should at least check to see if replacement parts are available first, or at the least make the customer aware that there is a possibility parts may not be available so customer can make an informed decision before proceeding with investigation.
I had a tv that needed repairing and Rod promptly got the information I needed. As it turned out the tv wasn't worth repairing. I really appreciate the effort he went to , even though it didn't result in any work for him. I would definitely seek Rods help in the future if I ever needed it again.
Rod was extremely helpful over the phone in dicussing the problem I had in getting my TV to work. His solution to my problem has worked so his futher input is not needed. I would have absolutely no hesitation in calling on Jones TV to work on my TV installations and cannot recommend them more highly.
Rod did a fantastic job of supplying and installing our Vast satalite system. He completed the job in a fast and efficient manner and I couldn’t be happier with the clear TV reception I am now receiving. Would highly recommend Jones TV Electronic Services.
Make sure you get a written quote before he does anything and see inside your tv and show what he’s done before he returns it. Rude and money grabbing. Arranged a home repair of my tv, he said he would call before coming, but didn’t, then left an aggressive message on my phone blaming me. I politely offered to bring the tv to him instead. He charged me the call out fee anyway from he’s mishap and repair costs but didn’t do anything to my tv. Had to get him back to my house to repair it. Tv wasn’t cleaned like he said, it was full of fire risk dust, said he didn’t do anything previously just cleansed it, then charged me again to actually fix it. He’s rude, he’s arrogant and he’s money grabbing, and he won’t be back here.
I had an issue with my 65” TV and wanted some advice on whether it was worthwhile having it repaired. Jones TV Electronic Services were very friendly and obliging and gave me all the advice I needed over the phone.
