Waited 5 mins at the drive through to place our order (only because we called out 'hello?' and were answered with 'yeah in a sec') and then parts of our order were missing. I feel old saying this, but remember the day when kids were more intelligent and diligent? Yeah... I miss those days too.

Great staffing, crispy chicken and fast food!
Went through the drive through & didn't know what speaker was the correct one to talk through an there was nothing being said through them. Moved forward with the cars in front & the speaker we just passed asked for our order but we were for far in front & she couldn't hear us & we couldn't reverse back. Finally placed our order & got to pay & when we asked for our reward survey deal the girl just walked away do we weren't sure what was happening cut we still hadn't paid & she hadn't come back. After waiting a while another lady lead the girl back & she asked what we wanted. Her she surely hadn't trained the going girl to let the customer know what she was going to do, we just sat in the car amazed of the girl walking away without a word to us...very bizarre! Anyway finally got to pay & then go to collect our order. Asked for napkins & although we ordered 9pce pack & that is clearly not for o e person. We received knew napkin.... Wow! We're we suppose to tear up into four pieces so we all had some. The chips were soggy & unsalted or so little just couldn't taste it at all. The chicken was good & fairly fresh but the service is have to say was very poor & this is not the first time we've had poor service at this store. It's a shame really that we're better off by travelling further & get great service & great chips & great chicken with much more friendlier staff at the Springfield store.if you have the time to go that bit further it's well worth it for you. Such a potty the stores aren't consistent with each other.
Kfc is always a favourite but a lot of times their staff, specially the young ones, look like they are in need of training. You can see they try their best but management needs to teach them first before leaving them on their own.

Always running out of chicken, always a 20 minute wait and turns out it's 30 mins. Then they miss you in the car park. Very unorganised kfc, needs new management as clearly they have no idea on stock control
The screens were down, but it didn't disrupt the quick customer service. I only had to confirm order again, and it was packed efficiently.
Always go through when they clean their friends, as an ex employee from another store, better than Redbank Plains and will drive the extra distance for some good grub, only thing is it's a roulette for your extra salt even when you double check
