I went into the store at approx lunchtime and enquired about a micro SD card, I was told they would be in this aisle “if we had any” - quiet rude service to begin with. The shelves were stripped bare of all SD cards and I was told “sold out” - I went home bought the exact one I needed online and click and collected it the very next morning early as they had stock at the same store. I desperately needed the product but I will not be using this store again, it seems poor customer service to say out of stock when you clearly have stock in the back that just hasn’t been put out- someone has one job which is to stock shelves so I was less impressed and think this whole situation was a very bad example of customer service.

Very bae customer service, the main reason you go there is to.havw human interaction and support in your buying process to see what product available meets your points to solve but in this store the staff rather refer you to search online and come when you know the one you want! - this happened in the phone section My advise, avoid that shop and yes buy online but from other retailer
