Walked in to see staff member on their phone. When asking them questions they seemed to not want to be there and were very monotone. I think they should put their more positive and passionate staff at the greeting area because this is just not a good first impression at all. Could have directed me to go online or at least tried to get someone higher up to help answer questions if they weren't sure but there was really zero motivation or accountability from the person that greeted me today. Not shocked. But disappointed as I work in the industry.

Beautiful looking cinema. Reasonable priced. The only issue is we ordered food to come out half way through the movie. By mid movie, we still hadn't received our food. When there was only 10 minutes left of the movie, I went down to say something. We then received our food at the end of the film. Thankfully we were refunded for the food. But still. You pay more money for Gold Class and to have the food service whilst watching the film. Not to be eating at the end when the credits were playing. Super disappointing.
GREAT cinema, went to the VMax session, very comfortable seating great experience... except the pricing at the candy bar 9.30 for a large frozen drink is almost extortion. 3 would have been more acceptable when you can buy one for 1 elsewhere. But if you bring your own snacks and drinks you will enjoy this cinema.
Staff is always great and cinema is always clean, far cleaner then I'm used to, I drive about 20 mins to come here over any other cinema.

Cinema isn't anything fancy compared to other event cinema's... candy bar part is almost impossible to spend money at staff don't like to be serving in it. Seats as you expect at event nice, comfy, and clean,. Sound was great. Screen no marks or bits broken.
This Cinema quite literally costs X2 more than the cinemas at redbank and riverlink. Last time I went there was only one staff member working seemingly. Whilst this isn't a bad cinema by any means, its actually quite good. I see no reason to go here when nearby cinemas cost half the price for tickets.
Seats look fancy but really were not comfortable, I always find the movies here are alot louder then they really need to be. Nothing against the cinema but we had kids throwing popcorn at my son which was highly disappointing
