I am so angry at the level of care we got with Dr Yuen. She was rude, rushed and didnt care/understand we are new parents and wanted to ask questions. We paid money to see this women who pretty much cut us off everytime we talked, told us to leave our questions till the end of the report and then where just fobbed off to receiption before we could even ask anything else. I have more questions now than I went in. I will not be going back here. I am so mad! The nurse was lovely however and very kind.

In 2018 and 2019 I had an Intra Ocular Lens implanted in each eye by Dr Peter Beckinsale. I am delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a warm and friendly professional who cares and really knows his job!

I went there to get a full eye exam. On the phone I was told around 1 hour and 390. I ended up being there for 4 hours and had to pay 440. Dr Sonia Yuen was really busy, didn't seem to care or really listen to my problem. She was sorry for the delay though.. Overall, a really bad experience and would never go back.

Very poor, appalling, unprofessional service provided by Sonia Yuen. Found her blunt, rushed the appointment and inattentive did not answer questions or explain anything. The worst unprofessional manner I have encountered in a long time would not deal with her again. Also having a young child and should you have to reschedule for whatever reason very unaccommodating and will reject your referral.

Dr Glasson would have to be the most caring Dr i have ever met i took my son Andrew to him to see if there was any way to save his eye He couldn't But he was so caring & compassionate i would recommend him 100%
