A fantastic hospital with excellent staff and follow up - cannot recommend St Andrews highly enough as a Sydney resident attending their Emergency Department !!

As a Veteran I expect much higher standards. I waited and waited for my surgery as overweight disgusting people jostled for the best TV viewing position basically crushing me with their space invasion. All I could think about was killing them but that would interfere with future plans so I just popped smoke on the endoscopy and prayed for God to delete me from this earth or at least my experience at St Andrews War Memorial Hospital. You deserve a D

My girlfriend had hip replacement surgery & she received the best care! Smokers have to go right out front on the street level! So there is no privacy in that regard! A great kiosk! Unfortunately the on time Ambulance transportation service provided a very bumpy ride & caused Sue further injury to her hip on the way to the Gold Coast Hospital!

Having just had surgery yesterday for a severe infection I needed to get dressings changed as per surgeons directions - all gps don't have nurses on Sundays so I figured an emergency room. I have walked all the way from Kangaroo Point to this charming young blonde lady at St Andrews emergency counter Sunday afternoon where she not only eye balled my physical appearance but also gave me attitutude telling me at was a private hospital and the minimum fee is 200 I said I can't even afford to get myself to the RBWH where I had the surgery done, which I had just explain to her...but she had to put forward her 200 fee and then she looked my arms up and down and saw previous scars judging me even further, feeling her bad vibes I said thanks very much for your time walked outside to then be looked up an down by a groundsman/security or whoever he was, who was supposedly coming to "check the locks" of an outside door next to a set of steps on which I siting to rest after a long walk and write this review. I may not looka million dollars. The least she could of offered me was a cup of water and a seat and I sincerely didn't appreciate security showing their might towards me as if to say remove yourself. I'm not some junkie feral I was their genuinely asking for help I dont expect anyone to treat me or anyone else regardless of their social status with such deplorable disrespect as this young troll did. She ought to be ashamed!

Had neck surgery at St Andrews with a 2 night stay. Very happy with nurses and staff. Can highly recommend my ENT surgeon Dr Ryan Sommerville very professional and caring. After surgery checkups / communication were excellent from Dr Sommerville and his ENT clinic.

Grandfather is currently a patient, I can only say that I am so so so impressed with his level of care, the knowledge and attentiveness of staff and the level of specialists that are at his disposal. The rooms are nice, hospital is clean, and the staff to patient ratio is incredible.

Had surgery here a few years back and literally, everything (including the operation) was a success!! My surgeon, Dr Donald, was just awesome, seriously, this Dr goes above and beyond the call of duty. Nurses, lovely, X-ray staff, lovely, physio staff, lovely. Food GREAT!!
