Rapid Finance were absolutely amazing. The help, clear communication, quick response to emails and calls and clear explanation of the processes and fees. I dealt with a couple of people from this organization and they were very helpful and upfront about their fees should you be approved. The communication and contact between rapid and myself were frequent and all my questions were answered and they really helped me get the best value for my vehicle. Very good if you have a rough credit history, they can get you approved and help you repair your credit history. I'd definitely recommend this company to you If you are reading this review.

Got approved for a car Loan Very helpful straight forward and willing to answer all my questions about the loan. Talked straight to the dealership and sorted the finner details of the settlement saving me the hassle. Was willing to help me even though I am a single mother, cannot recommend them enough definitely would recommend them to all my friends or family needing a car loan.
Nathan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped me get a loan when no one else could due to my dodgy credit rating. Thanks again for your hard work.
USE ANOTHER FINANCE LENDER, stay well clear of rapid finance they will lie to you just to get your business. there sales reps will tell you repayments on vehicle warranties will only be for 12 months but actually turns out to be 20months, I rang there office to resolve this and got Nick Harvey, he immediately got defensive and started calling me a liar before I had explained what happened, scum is the word I think of when I think of throes company WORST customer service I've ever experienced, everything was done over the phone so when I went to sign the papers it was in a little office in Brisbane with a different sales guy I had been dealing with on the phone who just wanted me to sign and leave, I asked him questions about this and all his responses where, "I don't know I didn't deal with this whatever Andrew told you is in there, not the case.
