Amazing experience from start to finish. The professionalism is unlike anything I have experienced during a medical procedure. The receptionist is lovely and Dr Chu is a top bloke. Highly recommend.

Dr Chu is a phenomenal individual I will be recommending to everyone I meet. Dr Chu and his team took the time to clearly explain and go through procedure options & recovery time while also making sure every decision made along the way was my own. I have been chronically ill for the past 5 years & seen a lot of doctors but the high level of care, compassion and desire to help has been above and beyond what I could have expected. Dr Chu’s expertise as an oral surgeon is unmatched. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Chu & wonderful receptionist Karen at Faciomax.

I, unfortunately, have been exposed to far too many surgeons over the last 15 years. My surgical history is extensive and I’ve not necessarily experienced the best outcomes - more about my body than bad surgeons. That said Dr George Chu is the most amazing individual I’ve encountered in many years. Dr Chu ensured I completely understood what the issue was with regards to my teeth but also, and importantly, what needed to be done. No other doctor I’ve seen in the last two decades has taken the time to explain all elements of my surgery, what I could expect during recovery and what the road to recovery looked like. And his level of care and compassion is unmatched. Post op follow up is comprehensive and thorough. Dr Chu and his lovely receptionist Karen are truly a godsend. And I’m ever so grateful my prosthodontist suggested I see Dr Chu when we found I needed to have three teeth removed and a sinus repair. A truly painful point in my life made much easier simply through having been referred to this incredible surgeon!

Dr George Chu is wonderful. We are extremely grateful for the professional services of Dr George Chu and his beautiful, caring, welcoming receptionist Karen. I really can’t speak highly enough of Dr Chu and I would not hesitate to recommend FacioMax. From your initial consultation, Dr Chu takes the time to explain everything about the procedure and he is happy to answer questions. He is kind, caring and informative. Any time you have any questions the lovely Karen always replies and they are very understanding and reassuring if you are a bit nervous (who isn’t?) Both of my sons had all four wisdom teeth removed with Dr Chu, and his post operative care is outstanding. He is the most approachable, down to earth, really nice, very experienced and not pretentious surgeon you will meet I am sure of it. Literally super. My sons say he’s a “top bloke” and they both healed very well post surgery. I made enquiries of the anaesthetist as well and Dr Chu was again very caring and understanding. If I could give a 10 star review I would. I will definitely recommend Dr George Chu to everyone who requires oral surgery.

I was petrified., I mean really scared. I know by my age I should know better. I walked in to see Dr Chu in a sweaty mess and within seconds he had me relaxed and reassured. For the first time EVER I could honestly say. I liked a dentist. Not only did he put my nervousness at rest, but he also had solutions for what I thought was going to be a forever problem of mine. The surgery was done in a very calming environment and the follow up service was amazing. Whilst I still prefer to spend my days sitting on a deserted beach, I can at least smile confidently now. Although Dr Chu presents as affable, I found his inability to make correct diagnosis and personal degradations of the way I look and my age unacceptable. I did not feel safe in his care and sort treatment elsewhere.
