Range is huge and varied like most spotlight stores. Service is particularly lacking though. Most the people working there seem like they don't want to be there and don't really want to help. Pretty much the opposite of a Bunnings experience.

My favourite place to shop. I'm a crafter so it's a great place to get most of the supplies I need. The staff are really nice and very helpful.
So many wonderful craft displays and always a great selection to choose from!
Large modern store, with lots of stock and reasonable value for money. Hard to get in to the parking area, and some of the parking is tight and squeezy. As with most spotlight stores, stock is jammed in so it can be hard to get around, and checkouts are slow.
It was great, I got all the materials to make my BDSM wear!
All the staff were just happy. Incredibly noticeable. And helpful without being on your back. Best of all was the check out lady who had the experience to reliably reassure me that a Knitting Needle of size 4.5 was really the pre-metric size 8 that I was looking for.
The staff were most helpful especially in the furniture upholstery section. I showed the lady how I was planning to reline the interior of a family heirloom pirate chest, handed over the measurements and she worked it all out for me. Not only did leave feeling educated, I also left with a smile on my face. :) Thanks Ladies
