This is an absolutely amazing Spotlight. All the staff I dealt with were not just professional, but also very courteous. From the original phone call, to going into store, it was a pleasure. I was able to get a machine for my partner and save 150 using her phone number for her VIP card. The lady on the phone put aside something for me to collect. On store, she was extremely helpful and supportive. Very polite and professional. I will be contacting Spotlight to ensure she gets acknowledged. In this shop I'm a fish out of water, but the staff made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

Store layout is a little confusing, it's like a figure 8 shape so I didn't get to go through every aisle as I didn't realise until I was already leaving. Staff is super nice and friendly though. Looked busy but still happy to help.
Good range, good prices with fabric, craft range, paints, bedding. Wheelchair accessible. Amazing staff in fabrics. Staff carry package to car for elderly.
A truly massive range of really good quality fabrics, home stuff, art and craft, lots of great kids craft stuff of good quality. 4 stars as they are a bit pricey.
Way overstocked and the aisles cluttered with stock on the floors they do have a very large range but not the room for it. Disappointing customer service where you get the material cut as both times I have visited the store they seem to ignore you and you’re left waiting and waiting for somebody to serve you. With on today’s occasion a staff member had seen us waiting there for some time but didn’t feel the need to get off the chair to call someone to assist.
