How amazing and lovely are the team at spotlight? Amazing and kind staff and always helpful! We spoke to Izzy in the craft/balloon area and she was so amazing to us, helpful even though it was closing time. She was very patient and always happy. Thank you Izzy!!!

I found some amazing Buddha houseware pieces here at fantastic prices. Never expected to!! The service was really great and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Quite a big store, but never seems to have a full range of thread colours. When you're looking for a particular fabric (type or just seen online), it can be hard to find as signage isn't very good. Craft section is big, but it can be expensive unless there is a sale.
No staff to ask on the floor, but I figured out the sizing of curtains and tha many are sold as singles and after searching for a few minutes found a well priced, suitable sale item. Check out was friendly and fast.

They have a huge range of fabrics at very reasonable prices. The downside, is it's very disorganised, and fabrics aren't well cared for. Nice staff.
I don't know why I go back ...I had to pick up a sewing machine quickly while passing through Brisbane...even though it showed they were instock they had none of the required model in-house. It is a recurring theme and from now on I think I will just shop online.
