Giving this store 5 stars for the exceptional customer service given by the young lad at the checkouts and the manager on the day we were at the store. They were very helpful and able to resolve our return of goods.

A very large space full of fabrics, craft, homeware and even a party section. Everything you need for all rooms in the home. From the kitchen, to dining, living and bedrooms, you'll find it there. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and there are always specials to be had. To take advantage of them on the more pricey items make sure you've got a Spotlight VIP Club card. There's heaps of parking.
Brendon was so helpful tonight in purchasing fabric and other items. I was not familiar with this store layout but he took the time to show me where everything was that l needed. Very impressed with his high level of service and friendliness.
What a great customer experience we had , we were there for a particular item and within a minute of being in the isle a young assistant asked if we needed help finding what we were after , we told her and she opened up with a wealth of advice on the product and what would be best , extremely helpful and knowledgeable which is sadly lacking in other places so often today. Fantastic .

Pet hate phone being picked up and then being hung up on. Helpful tip: press the right button on the phone so you don’t disconnect the caller. Rang back and asked to be put through to blinds, which was done, but no answer. Hung up after a few minutes and rang back to no one answering the phone at all. Seriously, answer your phones. No matter how busy you are, give good customer service. It really isn’t hard to do!
Great variety and helpful staff, not many customers were social distancing and counters caused customers to be crowded in. Aside from that, you'll likely find all your crafting needs here.
Fantastic range of household soft goods, fabrics, craft supplies. However long wait in queue for fabrics to be measured.
