We're irregular shoppers at Spotlight, but when the need arises, we go to Browns Plains. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. The store has a large range of merchandise and ideal for craft minded people. On the day we visited, it was very cluttered and messy. It's a pity customers aren't mindful of what they are doing. For example, pick up a bath towel to check size, then not satisfied, just put in on the shelf behind them. What's wrong with folding it and putting it back from the shelf you got it from? We were able to purchase all items intended to buy. Staff were busy tending to customers. Cashiers were friendly and waiting time to be served was minimal.

Good people in there, always helpful. Will try and find things in other stores if they don't have what you need, like out of that stock. Helpful when you aren't sure yourself what may fit your requirements.

On our 4th visit to this store, another rude person at the checkout has prompted me to write a review! Great store, huge range, customer service let's them down. Every time we visit we are gob smacked at the attitude of the cashiers. Just plain rude. The floor staff are always helpful, unfortunately the cashiers need some guidance.
