i feel like the shop is very poorly layout, some of the same stuff is far from each other and also hard to find. the stuff is busy and can t take too much time to assist. It s a pity because it s one of the only craft shops in the area and it s not equipped at all as i would expect it to be...

As to be expected there is miles of product which is better if you know what you're looking for. It's very hit and miss with the staff, some are ultimately helpful and some roll their eyes as understandably many customers ask the same simple questions over and over again. This is really where you should start for this type of product if you don't find it here it, it's likely to be in a speciality store.
The staff are not helpful i was looking for a mattress topper specifically memory foam.. After 45 minutes of confusion and looking around. No staff member approached me to offer help. I ended up going over to the counter where 2 old lady's was talking and chatting behind the counter. I had to interrupt there conversation just to ask a question... the response i got was. "If its not on the shelf we don't have it." Then i got "you should open your eyes and look in the plastic containers" Very upsetting service wont go back to this store ill go to others if i need to
A great place to browse and be inspired to sew and work on craft projects as there is such a wide range of items available
Very poor customer service. I received no assistance with extremely heavy and bulky items that I couldn't carry on my own even though I asked for help. When trying to pay queues were massive and I was told most of the staff just happened to be on their lunch break. Lack of management and staff spread too thin, no wonder they are grumpy.
