Good experience. The staff are always friendly and the store has everything you may be looking for within its categories. I do however find that you often queue a while for checkout and staff are stretched for time to aid.

I would give zero stars if I could— not for the store and the products they have but, for the lack of customer service and the rudeness of staff. I was served by Pat— who just threw my purchase at me— she paid no attention and made no attempt to provide service. To the gentleman who was trying to clean the bench and who was kind and realised that I was upset— thank you for being kind and trying to help. Pat just threw the purchase over the desk and moved turned her back and walked away to the other bench. Then she said “ a small person is very angry” in a condescending tone. Pat whether someone is small “short” or not they deserve to be treated with respect and for your information you just served a doctor— this was my day off. I didn’t have enough energy to ask for your supervisor— next time I will so be careful how you treat people. I almost felt as though I bothered her by trying to pay for my purchases. If this was my store I would not hire anyone with that sort of attitude. If you don’t enjoy what you do maybe you shouldn’t be there. Very disappointed...

Bit busy with the sales but all good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They organised a VIP membership on the spot and gave me the discount I so wanted. Which was a great bonus .

Got a giggle out of the costume section, but seriously this place has everything to finish your home or simply the go to place for the crafts person at heart. I've visited other spotlight stores, Belrose blows them out the water with its range and share expanse of floor size. Easy to navigate the store, laid out in logical format with plenty of helpful staff at hand.

This is my home go to for sewing fabric supplies. I do wish the patterns were a little less toddler or my grandmother's mumu as the in between does come - but not kept as staple stock. Carries everything required to sew and craft though.
