Very clean, well maintained gym and equipment. My only frustration was that it closed so early. Why everyone on this island closes at sunset, I have no idea.

Nice centre. Les mills virtual classes take up most of the timetable (and rightly so since there's not a massive demand) but does the job. Decked out gym and large gf room and spin room. Complimentary towels, friendly staff and even clothes to purchase on site.
What a great little gym. Modern, clean and with every thing you need.
Clean and great set up for being on an island. Love to use the hot/cold pools and sauna.

I was so surprised when I visited the sports club because I was expecting a light gym with mostly light weights and just the usual pull down machine. However this gym is fully stocked with machines, squat racks, leg presses and much more. Plus they have a spinning room and two studio rooms. Because I was eating so much on the island I visited this gym twice a day on most days.
Good variety of equipment. AC could be cranked a little higher
