I cant recommend anywhere better to go than here. Ive only just started with Candice and im already improving incredibly fast. I also have to let everyone know how much the lovely lady at reception is, she is extremely caring, understanding and makes it easy to actually get to my appointments with no stress as i suffer from PTSD and anxiety and always makes a massive impact on my mental state, remaining relaxed and calm enough to attend my appointments that i have extreem trouble going to in general. I went to Sports and Spinal at nambour for lower back pain and was treated by Claire for a massage therapy. Claire was really gd at explaining what she was doing and why. Although a day or 2 after I was a bit tender in some area's I must say by day 4 and 5 after visit I feel so much better. I can actually do things I haven't been able to do for ages. I would totally recommend Claire and the Sports and Spinal at nambour.
