Very bad customer service. Couldn't believe that they charge surcharge if we pay by card. Half the items are expired and they hide the expiry date by writing on top of the expiry date.

Some of the things are overpriced and they display less and then charge more which they sent to rectify later.... Overall a bad experience.

I had been to this store for quite few times after moving to gold coast. The service I've experience here probably the worst I've ever had in an Indian grocery shop..As a person I always prefer to buy our spices and other daily goods from Indian groceries in order to promote them in our local community as well.once I've bought two packets of spices and one packet of sultanas. No sooner had I gave those to my wife she said I've brought the wrong ones then I wanted to return those to the shop but they have denied to take in spite of Covid 19 but this reason doesn't make any sense to me. Once a customer visits the store they touch the products and they leave it as it is.. Am sure that they don't sanitise each and every products. If they would have sanitised every products then they could have taken back those products that I bought even though I went there to exchange not just return. Unfortunately they have denied of everything and I found it very rude and illogical. I am not coming back anymore.

A very bad experience here they are charging different from the display price and when we asked them to return or correct they denyed to do that. And said we can't return anything.

I have been using Spice World to buy Indian groceries for years now and never have I ever come across any issues with any staff working in the shop. They have always been very friendly and attentive to help me with my needs. I have never seen any out of date products in this shop unlike other Indian grocery stores nearby I have been to. All the products sold in Spice World are always fresh and of good quality. I will keep using them as I can trust them with providing quality products consistently to their customers.

It's better if they open on time. I rang a day before to make sure are they open on time? But it's 10 mins pass their opening time still no one here.
