Extremely unprofessional! Do not recommend this provider at all. Had insurance for a TV which stopped working so I called the company. They provided these guys as my technicians and assured me my TV would be fixed in less than 2 business days. I called them and they said they would send someone straight away the following day. 48 hours later I called again and the man on the phone had an abusive tone. Said to me that "he can't hold a gun to the owners head and make it go faster" and then he hung up. Refuses to pick up my call now and now I have to call TCL again, wait another 1 hour on the phone and go through more hassles. This is the WORST repair service technician I have ever seen in my life. Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, has no customer servicing skills and cannot deliver on what they say. Promises me to send out a person first thing the next day. 48 hours later becomes abusive and mistreats me by hanging up. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Very bad service from these third party providers for Samsung. Rubbish service with extremely rude nature. It's as if they're miserable in their lives due to some odd reason and lets let out on their customers (even though we aren't their customers). I would give them 0 star but cant unfortunately. Terribly disappointed.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE is what i told the owner today as when i collected my stereo amplifiers and speakers. My components which are mid-range Hi Fi units totalling 5500, have been in and out of this shop several times over the last 3 months. I suspect the items were incorrectly repaired causing my 2000 speakers to blow and are now essentially useless. I attended Spencer Electronics on over 4 occasions and made over 5 phone enquires as to what replacement components would be used to repair my speaker. I received NO reply, just, promises that he would be in touch with the requested information. I have spoken to the retailer in Lane Cove (high end Hi Fi specialist store that sell speakers worth 200K) and who also sold me my original unit, I explained the situation and reasons that were given to me by Spencer as to why my speakers suddenly blew. I was assured that the reasons given to me by Spencers were NOT plausible. I now have to start again and take ALL components to another shop for diagnosis and repairs. I have already paid this guy and his attitude was one of indifference to my concerns and complete lack of responsibility. I will not return to Spencers any time soon and issue caution to those who require repairs to electrical equipment that wasn’t purchased at Kmart to take their business elsewhere.

Very helpful and SORT OF UNFORTUNATELY great a great job fixing your items. My 12 year old TV died and I really wanted a new one but my wife won't lets try Spencer. I thought no way they can fix this dinosaur .. but they did... sigh

The customer service is quite good here and they are quite helpful. The unfortunate experience I had here was that I had my microwave fixed and several weeks later experienced the same issues again. I'm not sure if it was a fault in the microwave or the job they did on it, but needless to say I didn't go back.

Brilliant service for those wanting to get a once over on a retro amplifier or hi-fi relic restoration. These people have an affinity with keeping a past classic going. Yamaha fans, they are are also Narellan's Yamaha specialists. Hats off to technician Tony, for the repair on my old school Yamaha DSP A1- a tank of an amp now restored to its former glory.

It's been over 3 years and they still contact you. They never forget you.
