I wasn’t looking forward to this appointment to be honest. But I have to say every single staff member today was so amazing. From the awesome pink haired receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch your name) but you were great! To Charisse (hope I’m spelling that right) who did my ultrasound you were so so lovely. To the wonderful pathologist who took my bloods in a matter of seconds without me feeling a thing. I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated in every aspect of this appointment and for booking my future appointment. Thank you to you all!!!

Unfortunately the reception staff that I spoke with put me off even booking an appointment. I had a GP referral that two other radiology practices had no issues accepting, however the receptionist at this practice was very rude and told me that my GP had ordered a test that wasn't possible. I decided against booking in with this Centre after that... I have to wait longer for my appointment now, but I feel that I'm in safer hands elsewhere. It doesn't really fill you with confidence when a receptionist acts as though they have greater medical knowledge than a postgraduate trained doctor.....

The receptionist doesn't know what customer is. After waiting for 20mins, I asked the receptionist what happened, the reason I asked is because I wanted to make sure they informed the right person and it is already passed my appointment time, in the meanwhile I saw some people who came later than me have already gone, I was curious about that is happening, then she said to me “ they all have their own things to do.” That is rude, of course everybody have their own things to do, that’s why they still have a job, that’s not what am I asking. Then after other 5 mins the Sonographer came, she is really nice and professional, she explained to me she is waiting for the machine, and that is the only machine they have that can do my test, that is really good. So if the receptionist doesn’t know what is happening, she can ask before providing rude and useless answers, it can improve the customer satisfaction.

Excellent experience, thank you. I had an MRI, ultrasound and Mammogram all in the one day. They took care of the booking schedule so I basically had one after the other with very little wait time in-between. The staff were helpful, professional and efficient and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of street parking so that’s a bonus.

Your experience will generally depend on staff present that day. Overall admin staff was professional and friendly for both of my bookings (over the phone) and when presenting myself at the clinic. Although my husband and I were both very satisfied with our first experience (dating scan, where the sonographer was lovely and highly professional), my morphology scan "left a bitter taste". On my morphology scan, the sonographer did not introduce herself or the other person she entered the room with (?student). She mostly talk to the student using health/medical terms to explain what she was seeing, without acknowledging my presence or providing me with an explanation. She also got irritated by the fact that my baby did not change position and kept repeating that 'it was annoying'. Lastly, she complained that my 'belly was too tight' because 'I drank too much'. Overall, she lacked people skill and patience. If you have a good experience perhaps requesting the same clinician would be best. Facilities were nice and clean.

Have been here three times in the last 12 months. First two times the staff were lovely. This last time, which was for a more concerning reason, the sonographer did not introduce herself, make eye contact and was generally unfriendly. Not really acceptable when having a sensitive procedure done. The reception staff are 50/50, some amazing and some should consider a role that doesn’t involve contact with the general public let alone patients.

I recommend this place! Last week I booked a last minute appointment through the SPECTRUM call centre who adviced Randwick Women's Centre (level 1) was the location with the next available appointment. I was planning to write a short review but after reading the previous reviews I found it important to be fair and provide details for future patients interested in a good experience. Eventhough I was in and out very quickly, this is expected in a busy practice. The premises are clean, the job was done properly and I felt respected and looked after as a patient; that is all that matters to me. The bonus was the peaceful atmosphere in the waiting room that all 3 ladies that I interacted with were professional and polite. If you want more detail, here I expand a bit further: From the moment I walked in, the first impression is great. Beautiful decoration and I felt looked after the whole time. Yes, the 3 ladies at the front desk are busy (as in any good medical centre), but they were very professional and polite giving instructions. Mrs Robyn did my first test and she was very friendly and caring. She listened to my comments and went above and beyond by suggesting I could get an extra image which would be helpful in suiting my Drs needs. I accepted to wait for that specific machine to be available and I was seen sooner than expected. The second person I saw was Lilly, who performed the last bit of my test. She was also lovely and very helpful in making sure I get everything I needed before I left.

Avoid this place like the plague! Like other reviewers, I too had a bad experience with a sonographer here. Worst radiology practice in the Eastern Suburbs. Very low standards.
