First time using this company spoke with Helen who explained the bin options according to my waste gave the best option and gave me a run down of the process, when the driver came -George he inspected the items and explained the best loading way to get all the items in. It was the correct sized bin as all fit in perfectly. I then called Helen for collection who was very interested in how things went, they promptly picked up the bin and the job was done. People this is a great company, committed staff and amazing prices, do yourself a favour and give this mob a go you will not be disappointed. I will definitely use them again.

Most unprofessional skip service I have ever dealt with. They picked up the bin 4 days late and dumped rubbish all over our driveway. Their own contract stipulates they will call you if they find rubbish in the bin which isn't allowed and will take it away at an extra cost however they NEVER called. Instead they dumped rubbish all over the driveway and left with the bin half empty. The owner Helen Patsalos also known as Eleni Patsalos is an arrogant piece of work. Stay away from this mob. We will see you in VCAT Helen for the damage done to our driveway.
