I've been going to classes with Spanish Easy for several years - from Beginners to Advanced Intermediate. The class sizes are small, and all of the teachers are native speakers. Nancy is excellent and she makes sure you land in a class that is suited to your level. In class, you get a little bit of grammar and lots of practise speaking. Classes have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which makes it fun and easy to learn. Definitely recommend.

I had been in frequent contact to discuss the classes with Nancy Valle. She was prompt in her responses via email. Due to the PANDEMIC, I lost my job and let her know a month before the class was to begin, that I could no longer attend, and I was hoping to get my deposit refunded. Her website does not list anything about non-refundable deposits and this was not mentioned via email. She was unresponsive and did not provide any service. Poor ethics all around.
As soon as I reserved my spot, I stopped receiving any correspondence! Most businesses will notify you if they are experiencing difficulties in the current climate, but I'm worried by the lack of response and the similarity of my scenario to other reviews here...
Nancy Valle should not be in trusted. Please refund everyones deposits you stole.
