The service we received from Tom and Elaine was fantastic. Nothing was ever a problem. We didn’t really know what to look for when we started looking. They explained the difference between a regular swim spa and a dual zone. We are very pleased with our new Vortex dual zone and will have many wonderful family days in it. Thanks guys, you nailed it

My wife and I are grateful to Elaine for this service. She recommended the right product for our needs and she was spot on. The timeline from order to delivery was spot on and seamless. I want many people to know some facts before they buy a swim spa at Spa World. When I purchased the spa, I stated that I should use a crane to move it, and the dealer also specified it, but when it was delivered after the payment, Spa World tried to charge for the crane usage fee. It was the worst service. Also, you should know that if your house is delayed for more than four weeks, you could incur 300 dollars a week for storage. Please state to your builder. Elaine was fantastic. I had been looking for a swim spa for some time now. I went to them all in Narellan and Fyshwick/Canberra leaving Spa World Fyshwick to the end. I wish I had went there first. I couldn't decide between a sectioned swim spa or an all in one swim spa. Elaine asked me a few questions and from my answers, I finally knew which swim spa suited me. No other spa company offered any suggestions or advice on what would suit me better. The customer service by Elaine is outstanding and can not be faulted in anyway. Her knowledge on spa's and being able to compare them to others is very helpful. Prior to installation, myself, my electrician and concreter phoned Elaine for confirmation on what was to occur and she couldn't have been more helpful. The follow on service after the sale is definitely there until you don't want it anymore. Thank you Elaine.

Unfortunately, we were told by sales staff that a doorway was wide enough to fit our spa through, to deliver it. The delivery staff, although very kind, told us that this was not possible. Now we have to hire a crane to get it to our prepared site. Very disappointed indeed.
