From the time I put in my application for my car I got a call back only 10 minutes later from Dan so very friendly and really happy to help me out . From the beginning of the process to the end Dan was so very supportive of me and I was given a brand new loan car so they could get my tinting and glaze done. The service provided to me by Von Bibra and from Dan has been nothing but outstanding and a very positive experience . I would highly recommend Dan at Von Bibra and thanks to all the staff Who were so friendly .
Had the best experience with Jay at Ferry Road Von Bibra! The entire process from when I first went to look at vehicles right to the very end picking up my new car, Jay was extremely professional, helpful and kind. He was always available to talk to/ask questions and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience buying my first car! Was looking for a car for about 2 months when I came across a Hyundai Tucson at Von Bibra Ferry Road. I went in to have a look and was greeted by Jay who was super helpful and scheduled a test drive with me for that afternoon. He test drove the car with me and knew pretty much everything there was to know about the car and more which was great as its always quite daunting when you are buying a car. When I wanted to go ahead Jay went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and was able to get me an amazing deal. The whole process went very smoothly and I now have a car that I LOVE! Just brought a car from Von Bibra Ferry Rd Southport. I have previously brought cars from Von Bibra. But the service from Andrew Millgate today was the best I have received.. Andrew was fantastic in explaining all the features of the car and even helped in linking my phone to the Bluetooth feature of the car. His knowledge of the car was second to.none I strongly recommend Von Bibra and Andrew if you are considering buying your next car.
