Incredibly friendly service. I was not charged for checking out a problem, even though I could not book in the service. I know now what the problem is and feel at peace about continuing to drive till I get home. Very appreciated. Great team. Highly recommended. God bless

I can not recommend TRS enough. As a single female it’s hard to find mechanics to trust and I can honestly say with TRS I have complete peace of mind that my car is being looked after and so am I. Shannon and the team go above and beyond. Thanks guys.
Outstanding customer service and they never hesitated for a second when I asked if they could come to my house as my car battery had died and we had tried to jump start it twice to no avail. Shannon came to my house with a new battery if needed (I did), drove my car to the workshop and left his car at my place. When the service was finished he drove my car back and was so understated as to the enormity of his service he provided to me, it was very humbling. I am so appreciative of how he helped and I will tell everybody and anybody who wants to listen. I will be forever a TRS customer. Thank you thank you and as always a fantastic service. I would most certainly give them a 10 out 5 star review.
Shannon and the team provide exceptional servicing at a very reasonable price. Their work is always the highest quality and we cannot fault them. We have been taking our cars to TRS for years and will continue to do so for years to come.
TRS Auto Gold Coast has been attending my vehicles for several years. I couldn't speak highly enough for their attention to detail,care and friendly environment. Even take you to a short destination while your car is being serviced and return. Shannon takes the time to talk to you re your car after service. Your car is washed also. After service. A rare find! Professional, honest mechanics and great great value! Shannon was upfront from the beginning, he kept me informed of all the costs and never did any jobs on the car without informing me first. No huge unexpected bill at the end which was nice for a change. Highly recommend these guys, They have restored my faith in mechanics!
