Over all customer care is execellent but when I recieve my glasses it does not fit me. The staff tries to bend it but when I try it on its still tight. So I try for 1 week but the fit is still tight and the temple tips are uneven it makes me feel awkward to move. I go back again to the shop about the fit of my glasses but still it doesn't fit me. I feel like I wasted my 372.15. I'm very disappointed.

Eyes tested Either they sent WRONG PESCRIPTION TO LAUBMAN & PANK OR LAUBMAN AND PANK MADE TOTAL WRONG GLASSES Specsaver wont help NEITHER WILL TARA/Kate FROM MACKAY CANELAND LAUBMAN & PANK SO conclusion can we as citizens TRUST ANY OF THESE EYE PLACES for me NO WAY TAKE THE MONEY THEN SAY A MILLION EXCUSE & WONT HELP WONT REFUND JUST PASS THE BUCK

Unreliable/ Unprofessional/ Disinterested once they got their/ unresponsive to legitimate communication gateways/ incapable of problem solving. Australia Fair has many other Optometrists...use them.

I have been waiting for my glasses 1 month pay 500 , it is really dissapointed, in my country in around 2 days the glasses are done, specsavers are really bad place to get your glasses, I have never come back, its very expensive for nothing

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lachlan was very passionate about the optometry field and was teaching me little things about my eyes here and there which I found to be very interesting and useful. Love it! See you guys in 2 years.

My first ever experience getting an eye check was a fabulous experience at Specsavers. I received a friendly and professional service from start to end. The eye test was new to me, I was a little nervous at first but the staff immediately put me at ease. Lachlan the optometrist was gentle, friendly, funny at times, and professional. Over all Custer service was excellent and I highly recommended this store. Thank you for taking great care of me! Deb
