I recently completed a C.Dec course through RAM Training Services in Southport. It has been a few years since I had studied within a classroom setting and I found that Catriona was extremely helpful throughout the day. She ensured that all students had a thorough understanding of the course material and of the responsibilities of a JP or C.Dec for Queensland. She promptly marked my assessment and sent me a text when it was completed. RAM training then posted my certificate promptly and I am now close to being a registered C.Dec.

I undertook the Cert IV Trainer and Assessor 5 day intensive blended course. The course it self is alot to take in but Chris the trainer was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and presented the course extremely well while keeping even I engaged throughout the whole five days. I would recommend to all
I recently completed my Commissioner for Declarations course through RAMS Training Services in Southport. Catriona was professional and efficient. She was able to help the class work through the course content throughout the day and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend RAMS Training Services.
I recently finished my Cert II and Cert III Security Operations as well as CIT, Monitoring and Bodyguard functions the trainer John Webber made the course interesting and really enjoyable. He certainly knows the industry and helped teach best practice to all of us in the group. Thank you John for for guidance!
Do not do your security course here. Tutor i had just loved to hear himself tell off topic stories all day and will tell you off, even get angry and belittle you in front of the group if you dare even pick up your pen and attempt to do any of the work you are supposed to be there to do. I was yelled at, told i was acting like a child, and kicked out of the class for simply reading the relevant course material on my phone quietly while the tutor was droning on about some kickboxer dude he met during his days on the force... Asked for a refund due to not being happy at all with the way the course was run but reception got snappy with me and has come to a point where this was a huge amount of money wasted for nothing.
I found the staff and training to be A grade. They were very friendly and professional. It was a good mix of class and practical. I feel prepared for the work I want to do. I would recommend the training to anyone looking to make a change for the better.
The Certificate 1V in Training and Assessment Course in Adelaide conducted by Chris Jones was professional .Information was up to date. Chris was approachable, who answered any question and was very helpful. The course has helped me bemore confident and I have gained a wealth of knowledge which will be helpful at work. Im pleased to have done this course.
I recently completed Cert 4 in Training and Assessment with Chris Jones who was fantastic, very helpful and easy to follow. I've used RAM a few times now, highly recommended.
