This is the second time we have chosen to purchase a car from Kylie and her team at Gold Coast Volkswagen. Once again Kylie, Linda and the team went above and behind to make sure we drove away happy. We also chose to use VW Financial Services and Grace was highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

Test drove a car, was fairly interested and asked about turning off the safety assists as I like to take dirt roads on holidays, and the car slammed on its emergency brakes as I was leaving the dealership lot, because it's sensors thought the road in front of me was a car I was about to collide with. The dealer stated it's because the ramp on to the road was too steep. So considering I was pulling in to 3 lanes of traffic, maybe just maybe the dealership should consider changing the ramp, and not blaming me for setting off a built in safety feature, that couldn't tell the difference between an angled road and a car. Furthermore I checked the settings to see if I could turn it off, and there were no such options, despite this, I was told it can be turned off by the same dealer. So blaming and lieing to a customer are the downsides here, however, the cars and the choices of cars here were wonderfully balanced and there was good variety to choose from. Shame about the dealer not being able to restore my confidence in the vehicle, I liked how it drove.
